"Amanda blessed us with her passion and quiet confidence for the birth of our Baylor on December 6th 2009. We felt she was the perfect match because of her faith, calm personality and integrity. While she was still new as a doula (though experienced as her own natural birth mama) I was surprised how much she knew and how comforting she was in reassuring and supporting me. She was an amazing support to my husband as well. We had a previous pregnancy loss - it was so special to hava Amanda there to help us welcome our second baby because she really acknowledged and respected our perspective as well as addressed my worries head on and reminded me of the Lord's truths. Plus, I cherish the poem she wrote about our birth, what a precious gift."
