Birth Doula Services

A Birth Doula is basically a woman's own personal assistant/coach during labor and birth. I provide physical comfort, emotional support, and I help to facilitate communication between you, your partner, and your caregiver.
Ways that I typically support you during labor and birth include:
- Massage
- Positioning
- Information on options available
- Continous support and reassurance
- Initial breast feeding support
Birth Doula Services
My Services include:
One free interview/meeting to get acquainted and ask questions
Two pre-natal meetings to discuss upcomming birth, process past births, and familiarize ourselves more
Unlimited phone and email support
Support during labor and birth
One postpartum meeting (4-6 days PP)
A personalized and illustrated birth poem as my gift to you!
